Return Policy

At Soft Girl Muse, we want you to find the perfect fit. Please refer to our sizing guide and social media highlights to help guide your choice.

We offer returns for store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the hygiene seal intact. Please note that bottoms are non-refundable, but tops can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Sale items and any orders with discounts are not eligible for returns. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email us at softgirlrecipe@gmail.com. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for lost returns.

Faulty or Missing Items

If you receive a faulty or missing item, please email us at softgirlrecipe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 14 days. We’ll send a replacement if the item is deemed faulty. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement isn’t possible.

Order Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it’s placed. If you need to update your address, please contact the courier directly.

Currency

All pricing is in CAD (Canadian Dollars) since we are a Canadian-based store.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
