What if it doesn’t fit?
First off — don’t stress, babe. We know shopping online can be tricky. If your piece doesn’t fit the way you hoped, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Head to our ''SOFT MUSE'' page, it is located at the header. You can send in a request and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Can I return it?
Tops are eligible for exchange or store credit if returned in original, unworn condition. Tags must still be attached & in brand new condition. the return must be placed 10 days after receiving the item. Due to hygiene, bottoms are final sale — but we’re always here to help guide sizing before you buy.
What if only the top or bottom doesn’t fit?
If your top doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it. If your bottoms don’t fit, since they’re final sale, we recommend reaching out — we’ll see what we can do to support you. We’re a small brand, but we care deeply about our muses feeling confident in their swim.
